Some of my earliest memories are of my mom and I painting and drawing together.

This ignited in me a passion for expressing myself through art and my use of colours and textures. Finding mixed media to be a very enjoyable way of creating my original and unique pieces of work.

As an artist, I am continually on a wonderfully exciting journey of exploring new ways of expressing myself.

I was born and raised in the northern suburbs of Cape Town, South Africa. I fell in love with the incredible weather and landscapes that take your breath away. Let’s not forget the beautiful animals and birds that make south Africa their home.

A few days after my 11th birthday, we moved to England, our ancestral home, where I had the privilege of falling in love with a very different part of our world.

How wonderful is an English summer evening, with the gentle rolling hills and fragrant hedgerows which provide shelter for our amazing wildlife.

It was in England where I fell in love with bees, foxes and fields of white oxeye daisies.

I am inspired by almost everything I see, inspiration even finds me in my dreams.

I began studying in school and continued to qualify in fine art. I chose to continue my artistic journey without formal training, opting instead, to enjoy the freedom of creating without limitations.

I create with many mediums such as watercolour and acrylic paints, graphite and coloured pencils, papers and metallic foils.

I have sold paintings to clients in America, South Africa and Europe.

I enjoy the challenges of pet portraiture, capturing a special memory of my client.

I am always interested in commissions and have enjoyed every commision I have had the pleasure of working on.
